GHOA Committees

Committees work in conjunction with the Board of Directors to manage various operations and activities of the Glenleigh community. Committee members are volunteer homeowners, and they can always use your help.  To join a Committee or assist with their efforts, please send an email to any of the groups listed below.

Modification Review Committee (MRC)
The MRC oversees the integrity of our neighborhood architecture and structural guidelines to ensure the value and charm of Glenleigh are preserved by having a consistent look.  Any change a homeowner wants to make to the exterior of their home that impacts the exterior view, architecture or structure must be in line with the Covenants and therefore will require approval of the MRC.

Grounds & Landscaping Committee
Glenleigh’s grounds and landscaping are maintained by a committee of fellow homeowners, and are funded by our annual dues.  We all play an important part in keeping Glenleigh a pleasant, well-maintained community. The Grounds & Landscaping Committee always welcomes help with upkeep projects, or to report any damage / improvement suggestions to landscaping in common areas such as the entrance and around the pool and tennis courts.

Neighborhood Watch
The GHOA Board takes neighborhood security very seriously, and works hard to ensure a safe living environment as possible. One initiative is our Neighborhood Watch program – a network of Block Captains who have volunteered to serve as a point-of-contact on their particular street for any general safety concerns or observations their immediate neighbors may have.

IT Security Committee
