For Realtors

Overview

Glenleigh is a neighborhood in unincorporated west-central Cobb County, built in 1985 by John Wieland Homes.   The community consists of 90 single-family, brick-front residences, built in the Williamsburg Colonial style.  Our homes are situated on large, wooded lots and feature 2-car garages, wood-paneled family rooms, large eat-in kitchens, formal dining rooms, and glassed or screened sunrooms.

We are a restrictive covenants community with an active, board-governed Homeowners’ Association (GHOA) and take pride in our well-maintained homes and grounds.  Our Declaration of Covenants are recorded as a public document registered with the Cobb County Superior Court Clerk, and are legally binding.

Glenleigh also features an active Neighborhood Watch program, with a network of appointed block captains on each street.

Features & Amenities
Glenleigh features a gated, built-in swimming pool andPool two ALTA-rated tennis courts.

Annual Dues

Homeowner dues are $600 per household (paid in April each year), and fund the operating budget of the GHOA, providing for the maintenance and repairs of the common areas.
