Tankless Water Heater in Glenleigh

Leonard Hong reports that he and Laura have installed a tankless water heater. These are kind of new in the U.S. market but are widely used in other parts of the world. He referred to an article in the Journal-Constitution that read, in part;

Bosch and Rinnai offered tankless hot water heaters. They are energy efficient and promise an endless supply of hot water on demand. They are not inexpensive, prices range from $500 to $1,500 compared with about $300 for a 40-gallon tank-type heater, but they pay for themselves in four to five years with energy savings, according to Richard Trethewey of TV's "This Old House." Read the AJC article (requires login) or refer to this article that Leonard scanned, also from the AJC (I think).
