Pool Door:
o Do not prop open the front door of the pool house. This gives the impression that the pool is open for all that wish to walk in instead of being a private pool. There have been times when we have an HOA based event that may allow for the door to be propped. However, it is to remain closed during normal pool hours. o Do not open the door for others. Each homeowner/ facility member household has a keycard of their own to access the pool. If anyone comes to the fence and asks to be let in tell them you are not allowed to do so. I know that telling someone "no" can be stressful, but it may be the only way to keep our pool safe and compliant. o Do not go to the pool if you do not have your keycard. Do not put your fellow homeowners/members in the negative position to have to let you into the pool area. We all need to make a practice of having our own keycard with us. I know that kids are excited and can run ahead to the pool and get other kids to let them in. Please sit down and talk to your kids and help them understand why we can't have the practice of letting others in or asking to be let in. Please teach your kids to come to you if someone is asking to get in. o Homeowners and members can get a replacement card by emailing treasurer@glenleigh.com if theirs has been lost or no longer works. |

Clean up after yourself:
No one should have to clean up after anyone else at the pool. It is
your responsibility to clean up after yourself and your children.
o Clean the Grill if you used it. There is very little worse than
opening up the grill at the pool to find that someone else left
it in a mess. I will make sure there are grill cleaning tools with
each grill, but I believe they are already up there. o Throw away all trash. o Put away pool toys when you are done with them. I understand
there may still be other kids in the pool when you are leaving that
may still want to play with pool toys. However, if you are the ones
that got them out of the storage bin then either return them or
ask another homeowner/member if they can be responsible for doing
it when their kids are done with them. Everyone should work together
to keep the pool clean and safe. o Close the umbrellas when you are done with a table. This will
show you are done with a table as well as help to make our umbrellas
last longer.

| Unattended solo bathing is prohibited. | |

Be responsible for
your children.
o If you have a baby or toddler then please make sure they are swimming with leak proof bottoms of some type, whether in the baby pool or the pool itself. If there is an incident where human waste is found in the baby pool/pool we are required to shut the pool down until it can be thoroughly cleaned and chemically rebalanced again. o No one under the age of 14 is allowed at the pool without adult supervision. Adult supervision is not defined as by someone between the ages of 14 to 18. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older. o Please sit down with your children and discuss all of the pool rules and what constitutes rough play, running, cleanliness, etc. o No climbing on, pulling on, standing on, or disconnecting the rope in the pool. We have a pool that quickly goes to a deep end. The pool rope is there for safety reasons, but is also very expensive to replace. Unfortunately, the ropes can easily get stretched, frayed, and unravel when they are misused or abused.

| NO glass articles allowed in or around the pool (This includes the entire area within the pool fence). There are creative alternatives to the safety risk in bringing glass to the pool. Cleaning broken glass from a pool can cost well in excess of thousands of dollars as every sliver of glass must be found after the pool is closed and drained. | |
