When you get a Violation Notice . . . 

Contact CMS management immediately. No one loves getting Violation Notices. But we all get them anyway. It is a necessary part of keeping our neighborhood nice.
 

Don't feel singled out

The Glenleigh Board members get notices. No one is exempt. Notices must be sent even though your home is beautiful and otherwise perfect.

Don't expect to be exempt

You may have valid reasons why you cannot correct a problem; call and tell CMS. Communicate with them. You may get an extension on making your repairs.
